A. We are available for immediate response Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm JST. Please feel free to email us outside of our regular business hours. Please allow 24 hours to get back to you.

A. We're very sorry, but we cannot intentionally change the amount listed, so please keep this in mind in advance. Also, if the package is stopped by customs, payment of any taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
